We guarantee that our products are delivered within 21 business days (if shipped from USA warehouse) or 35 business days for products shipped out from the outside USA. The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies up to 7 business days. If you have purchased anything on this site, but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.
The estimated delivery time for orders on This site is 15-35 business days. Due to the fact that shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond our control.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of this site (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of this site
4. We can not give you a refund for CUSTOM/PRINT ON DEMAND product including custom phone case, any quotes t-shirt and any other custom products IF YOU DID NOT SATISFY with the product, except if there is damaged item on arrival.
5. Most of the product in store ARE NOT REFUNDABLE but EXCHANGABLE either with another size or different product, if you received defect product we can EXCHANGE it with the new one.
6. Customer agree to pay handling and shipping fee for exchange request.
7.a. For point 5, You can request for exchange size within 7 days after the product are received.
7.b. Please contact us before sending back the package, we will send you return instruction along with RMA which needs to be printed and affix to the return item. There's barcode on the RMA label that needs to be scanned.
This is important, return package without proper RMA will result in $9 extra charge for package handling.

Order cancellation / refund will be only be approved before 11:99 PM PST on the same day of your order.
